Gender JUST hosts full Organizational Meetings the 1^st Sunday of every other month to bring together the full membership and make large-scale decisions that impact the organization as a whole.  This is also the opportunity for all the Committees and campaigns to update each other on their work and ensure that all projects stay connected.

Gender JUST Organizational Meetings open with a 45 minute orientation for new and potential members.  Additionally, at each Organizational Meeting, Gender JUST members provide Political Education Training on issues related to the mission, vision, and values of Gender JUST.  These trainings ensure that the organization is consistently developing the shared analysis.

Gender JUST Organizational Meetings are mandatory for members and non-members are encouraged to attend.  These meetings are also a great avenue for new folks to get involved in the work of Gender JUST.

As with all Gender JUST open meetings, Organizational Meetings move to different parts of the city to struggle against geographic / racial segregation in LGBT communities.  Check out the events page to find out when the next Organizational Meeting will be!
