Gender JUST is a fully democratic organization and all decisions must be voted on by the membership.  As a grassroots organization that focuses on leadership development and community empowerment, Gender JUST takes decision-making very seriously!

Gender JUST asks for time commitments from its members.  A member of Gender JUST is expected to contribute an average of 5 – 10 hours per month to the organization, through meetings, strategy sessions, 1-on-1s, action, or other means of building Gender JUST and its campaigns.  Read more about the organizational structure of Gender JUST for

A member of Gender JUST has access to the many leadership development opportunities, as well as access to a diverse community of like-minded radical queers and allies.  Most importantly, Gender JUST offers opportunities for direct-action around issues that are critical to you and your community!
