The Development Committee is responsible for the development of Gender JUST in terms of resources.  The Development Committee takes charge of planning fundraising events and cultivating donors, as well as researching other sources of funding such as foundation grants, scholarships, and awards.  Gender JUST believes that fundraising is a part of organizing and should be conducted as such.  This work is critical as Gender JUST works to resist and challenge the traditional LGBT Non-Profit-Industrial Complex.
