·         We are a membership-driven grassroots organization and must remain accountable to our base – all organizational decisions must be as transparent and inclusive as possible!

·         We fight for an end to all oppression and we believe there are no hierarchies of oppressions – although we also believe that all oppression is unique!

·         We fight against the existing power structures in society, such as white supremacy and male privilege, and our internal processes and procedures must reflect that fight!

·         We hold the fight for racial and economic justice at the forefront of all of our organizing!

·         We believe that heterosexism, sexism, gender binaries, and racism perpetuate economic injustice!

·         The contributions of trans and gender-non-conforming communities to social justice must be recognized and valued, and we oppose any measure that excludes those communities!

·         We believe in the fluidity of sexuality and gender and we struggle against all notions of gender variance as abnormal!
